The knowledge chair is appointed to ensure that the programs that are taught at DMTI are current & relevant. The entire program curriculum is periodically reviewed by the knowledge chair.

The position is awarded to a leading name from the Digital Industry fraternity and comes with the responsibility of holding the training curricula to the highest levels.

Currently the position is being held by Mr. Sanglikar.

Madan Sanglikar, Affle- Mobile & Digital Marketer | SE Asia & India

Maddy has over 20 years of experience in the media & ad tech industry. Maddy joined Affle in 2012 to cofound the Mobile Audience Platform. He is now based in Jakarta and spearheading the South East Asia expansion plans. Affle is a Singapore headquartered company offering Mobile Audience as service, and playing a key role in building, promoting & monetizing Mobile Assets. Affle works with blue chip advertisers and the leading agencies across Asia, Europe & North America.

Previously, his longest stint was with GroupM India, wherein he was leading the digital business for Mindshare India. During that tenure Mindshare India dominated all digital award categories at the Abbys, EMVIES, Campaign DMA, including the Campaign Digital Agency of the year. Maddy is humbled to be included in industry performers lists, Campaign India A- Listers, Impact Digital Power 100, LinkedIn Power Profiles. He has been the advisory/ board member at MMA Forum & Ad Tech events and is an avid Speaker, Trainer, Moderator & Panelist & guest faculty at various industry forums & institutions.

His ambition is to create value for the stakeholders in his personal & professional life and dedicate time & effort in hardwiring business domain with the mobile/ digital ecosystem – be it in Owned, Earned or Paid format. His ability to break complex digital concepts into simple meaningful lessons, make him an effective trainer for the digital migrants.


Rashmi PutchaFounder & CEO

Rashmi Putcha, Co-founder & CEO, An INSEAD grad, Rashmi specialises in creating & executing marketing strategies for the Education Industry. Acquisition of students for higher education is her key forte.

Before starting DMTI, she founded RedEye Media -­‐ a traditional advertising agency that handles end to end marketing for leading Business Schools in the country.

Extremely passionate about higher education, Rashmi has been a very vocal critic of the traditional MBA that exists in the country. DMTI is her endeavour of creating the perfect model of education for professional programs.

Arnab MitraDirector

Arnab is the Managing Director of LIQVD ASIA, Asia’s first experiential multicultural marketing entity! Prior to this he was the National Director- Digital for Starcom Mediavest Group in India.

He has worked in the multiple disciplines of communication, including interactive media, and direct/internet marketing for over a decade. Prior to SMG he has held pivotal roles at Media Contacts, Ignitee, Pinstorm and ePurple Media. He has crafted digital strategies for clients like Jet Airways, Kingfisher Airlines, Dell, and Volkswagen among others.

Arnab is amongst the most respected Digital Marketers in the country. He specializes in Online Excellence, Higher Return on Investment, Branding, Search Marketing, Online Display Buying and Maintenance, Website design and development, Buzz Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Email marketing, Social Media Optimization

Amit Tripathi Director

Amit Tripathi , An Entrepreneur & Digital Marketer for 18+ years with experience in strategic planning, project management and aggressive business development in startups and high growth environments. He is the Managing Ideator at IdeateLabs, a leading Digital Communication company, based out of Mumbai, India. His core skills in mission development, strategic partnering and networking, long and short term business planning has led IdeateLabs to be one of the leading Digital Marketing Companies with more than 75 clients and over 100 professionals working together to deliver some amazing results for brands in the digital realm.

With a vision to contribute towards building the biggest and best Talent Pool for Digital India and with a believe of contributing back in meaningful ways to the ecosystem that built you in the first place. He is an active Mentor and Director at DMTI.

Ranjan UpadhyaySr. Manager- Digital Careers

Ms. Ranjan has been associated with DMTI since its inception, after a successful stint with ITM (Institute for technology & Management) EEC, last position held was Assistant Center Head-Sion Branch.

A dynamic professional with over 8 years of rich experience in the education industry. Rich experience into Planning and Management, Sales and Networking as well as Coordination her broad- based background encompasses exceptional work ethics and committment to organizational objectives.

She skillfully manages the breadth of commercial operations at DMTI, inclusive of sourcing, admissions processing and customer relationship management.

Uma AsraniAsst. Manager- Digital Careers

Uma has 10 plus years of experience in Sales, Coordinating & Counseling. She has worked with varied industries like Automobile, Insurance, Finance & Education. Uma has been a part of DMTI since the 1st batch of the Post Graduate Program in Digital Marketing and is responsible for the smooth functioning of the Campuses of all the Programs.

Apart from being involved in Sales and coordination she is closely involved in placement processes of our Students across all the Programs. Before joining DMTI, Uma has worked with brands like CRISIL Ltd, Ichibaan Honda and Media & Film Institute of India.
